About the Role A residential property with 100+ units is seeking a Live-In Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day upkeep and ensure the community runs smoothly. This is an on-site position for someone who takes ownership of the property's condition and responds quickly when issues arise.

Key Responsibilities

Property Maintenance

• Handle general repairs and maintenance throughout the property


• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise, including after hours given the live-in nature of the role

Building Operations

• Oversee the upkeep of common areas, grounds, and building systems across 100+ units

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for larger repairs or projects

Qualifications

• Experience in property or building maintenance


• Willingness to live on-site


• Comfortable handling a range of repair and maintenance issues across a large property
