LMW Financial - Senior Tax Associate / Experience Preparer

We’re seeking a well-seasoned Tax Manager/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. You’ll be preparing and reviewing a wide variety of tax returns and projections for a range of clients in the real estate, cannabis and entertainment industries. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and detail review high-level partnership, S Corp and individual tax return preparation


• Deliver a full range of tax services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, etc.


• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices


• Handle tax research assignments, analyze tax code and regulations, notices, and other issues from various tax authorities


• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (Required)


• 3-5+ years of recent tax preparation experience in public accounting required


• 1-2+ years of recent experience detail reviewing tax returns preferred


• CPA or EA license, or eligibility and willingness to pursue either preferred


• A strong bookkeeping background preferred


• US work authorization (Required)


• Experience with ProConnect Tax, Karbon, CCH Tax Research, CFS Tax Tools, Microsoft Office, Office Tools, and/or QuickBooks a plus

BENEFITS

• Compensation: $70,000-$135,000, depending on experience
