The best candidates for this position will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about customer service. Previous collections or related experience preferred but not required – we will train the right person!

Job responsibilities:

• Great communication and computer skills


• Ability to service customers in a professional manner


• Assist with lending/credit origination


• Assist customers to get the correct product

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software


• Dependable & professional

Benefits:

• Salary starting at $17.00 an hour with additional bonus structure


• No more than 5 days a week daytime hours (Mon-Sat schedule)
