Loan Officer Assistant

• Responsible to help add value and growth to annual sales volume.
• Communicate positively and effectively follow up with consumers and lenders
• Inform consumers with product knowledge and assist them with understanding what the best options are 
• Maintain timeline for all files to assure deadlines are met
• Order appraisals, EOI's, open title/escrow, analyze approvals, request conditions, prepare file for funding are just some of the daily task
• Support our average close time of 20 days per file

• Demonstrated abilities in the areas of problem-solving, analysis, and time management.
• People skills that forge professional relationships and support teamwork
• Ability to work well under pressure and time deadlines as well as independently.
• Ability/Willingness to embrace technology
• Experience with MS Office 365 Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel), Zoom

Compensation:

• $18/hourly
• Commissions for funded loans
