We’re currently seeking a Loan Processor to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

Accurately process sales orders and ensure all financial data is up to date.

Maintain and update customer and sales records in our CRM and financial systems.

Collaborate daily with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Partner with Sales Consultants to verify paperwork and relay customer feedback internally.

Coordinate with our loan vendor to manage and update customer financing accounts.

Assist customers with finance-related inquiries and provide timely updates on loan statuses.

Help us maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 85% or higher through clear, proactive communication.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator, or similar role.

Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, with a customer-first mindset.

Familiarity with CRM and/or accounting software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives under pressure.

A collaborative spirit with a high level of integrity and discretion.
