Loan Support Specialist

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Loan Support Specialist to join our dynamic lending team. This crucial role supports our loan officers and underwriting team by ensuring that all loan documentation is processed accurately, securely, and in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Title Processing & Tracking: Manage and track vehicle titles and ensure proper lien placement and release.
• Loan Document Preparation: Assemble and manage electronic signature loan packages through e-signature platforms.
• UCC Filings: Prepare and file Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) documents.
• Loan File Auditing: Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Administrative Support: Perform miscellaneous lending-related tasks, ensuring smooth internal operations.

Work Environment

• This position can work from the Grandville or Houghton Lake office.
• Potential for hybrid work from select branch locations depending on performance and departmental needs.
