SUMMARY

Our Locker Room Attendant creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests in our Women’s Locker Room. Greets and graciously attends to members' and guests' needs, handling shoe services, locker room services, and food and beverage serving duties. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the locker room facilities, including bathrooms, showers, sauna, fitness facility, card room, sitting room, and locker area.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Possess a personality that makes people feel welcome, with a passion for providing an outstanding member experience.
• Provide an exceptional experience for our Members and guests. This includes taking orders, serving, and managing drink orders.
• Ensure necessary amenities are always readily available for Members and guests.
• Label, clean, polish, and change spikes for members' and guests' shoes
• Certain housekeeping responsibilities include, but are not limited to, garbage removal, sanitizing areas, folding linen, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing glassware.
• Clean and wipe down wet areas, such as the steam room and showers, after each use.
• Maintain professional interaction with our Members and guests while respecting privacy.
• Serve, place accurate orders, and close out tickets for Members and guests with food and beverage requests.
• Complete Member and guest requests such as dinner reservations and golf times.
• Interact and communicate with each department at the Club to ensure the highest quality of customer service for our Members and guests.
• Maintain a complete understanding of all Club events and activities for our Members and guests during their visit.
• Keep an accurate inventory count of amenity items and supplies for the Locker Room.  

Requirements

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE

• Conversational English.
• Candidates must have substantial experience in providing excellent guest satisfaction service.
• Able to meet and perform the physical requirements of the position:
• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling.
• Frequent repetitive motions.
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods and move freely about the locker room.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS

• This is a seasonal position available from May through September.
• Daily shifts start as early as 6:00 am and end as late as 8:00 pm.
• Should be open to a flexible schedule based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime opportunities will be available during the summer season.
