Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Locksmith to join our maintenance team in Whitehall, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of essential maintenance tasks, focusing primarily on locksmith services, while also contributing to general property upkeep. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong technical skills and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locksmith Services: Install, repair, and maintain locks, keys, and security systems for residential and commercial properties.
• General Maintenance & Repairs: Assist with routine maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, and property upkeep as needed.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Address and resolve plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues in coordination with other team members.
• Workspace Management: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all areas across properties are neat and functional.
• Problem Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve maintenance issues, minimizing disruption to residents and tenants.
• Tool & Equipment Management: Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of maintenance issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and team members.
• Customer-service oriented, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Preferred: Licensed technicians may qualify for higher compensation and additional opportunities.
