Job Opportunity: Locum Anesthesiologist in Dayton, OH

Exciting opportunity! We are seeking two full-time Locum Anesthesiologists to provide coverage starting November 1, 2026, at a state-of-the-art facility. This hospital-based practice focuses on a collaborative care model and operates in an ACS Level 1 Trauma Center, ensuring a dynamic and challenging environment. You will be part of a collegial team comprising 22 anesthesiologists and multiple OR staff dedicated to high-quality patient care, handling an average of 50-60 surgical cases daily across various age demographics from neonatal to adult.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia care in hospital-based operating rooms.


• Supervise CRNAs in a collaborative care team model.


• Manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases including neonatal, pediatric, and adult surgeries.


• Participate in daily postoperative rounds and quality assurance processes.


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices in anesthesia.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Pediatric Anesthesiology.


• Completed a Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship.


• Experience with general surgical cases across various age groups.


• Familiarity with thoracic, complex orthopedic, and neurosurgical cases.


• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team setting.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active Ohio Medical License.


• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.


• Must provide a clean background check with no malpractice.
