Locum Physician - Family Medicine in Albuquerque, NM

Health by Design is actively seeking a full-time locum family medicine/Internal Medicine Physician starting in September!

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.


• Perform comprehensive physical examinations.


• Develop individualized treatment plans.


• Promote wellness and preventive care.


• Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate.


• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.


• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.


• Clean background with no malpractice or license issues.


• Must be able to provide excellent patient care with compassion.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Current New Mexico State License.


• BLS Certification.


• DEA Certification.
