Job Title: Locum - Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine

With a focus on quality and comprehensive patient services, the facility boasts a Level III NICU and handles approximately 3,000 deliveries annually. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time coverage starting January 1, 2027, and continuing through approximately January 24, 2027.


• Conduct clinical reviews and rounds on inpatient maternal-fetal medicine patients alongside residents.


• Offer inpatient consults and phone consultations, ensuring in-person evaluations when clinically necessary.


• Supervise residents in high-risk OB clinic as needed.


• Interpret and manage ultrasound services and related consults; locum expected to interpret ultrasounds.


• Minimal call coverage, primarily during nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine (REQUIRED)


• Current Michigan License or IMLC (REQUIRED)


• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (REQUIRED)


• Ability to perform required procedures, such as amniocentesis, cerclage, and external cephalic version (ECV).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must hold a valid MI medical license or IMLC.


• Board Certification is required.


• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
