Other Details:

Looking for 2 weeks of vacation coverage only 2/10 -21 but
future coverage may be needed. 

•              M -F, 8 -5

•              Outreach
to Stevens Point 2 days/week is required on T -W each week.

•              Will
work with one other dept oncologist

•              3 NPs in
dept

•              Call 2
weeks/month and call is 1 week at a time and shared with others in the system

•              Radiation
oncology services available as well.

•              Procedures:  bone marrow biopsies and intrathecal chemo

•              Equipment:
Intellidose TxM

***Marshfield requires that provider must utilize "real
time" Mobile Time Clock, preferably GPS.****
