Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Pulmonary Critical Care in Greenville, SC

Join a leading healthcare facility in the heart of Greenville, South Carolina, offering an exciting locum opportunity for a Physician specializing in Pulmonary Critical Care. This practice serves a diverse adult and geriatric patient population, with a focus on inpatient care across multiple facilities. The facility is well-equipped with a total of 38 ICU beds and maintains a robust daily census of 40 pulmonary patients, providing a dynamic environment for dedicated healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to ICU patients and conduct general pulmonology consultations.


• Perform duties in a fast-paced hospital setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.


• Collaborate with a team of 3 physicians and 3 APCs on a daily basis.


• Maintain patient records using Epic EMR system.


• Work flexible shifts, including 7am - 7pm for ICU and hospital hours from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.


• No on-call responsibilities are required.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Critical Care (Pulmonary preferred).


• Active South Carolina medical license.


• Current ACLS certification.


• Active DEA registration.


• Completed fellowship in Critical Care/Pulmonology.

License and Certification Requirements:
