Job Opportunity: Locum Neurosurgeon in Lima, Ohio

We are seeking a skilled Neurosurgeon for a locum position in Lima, Ohio. The practice specializes in adult and geriatric neurosurgery in a hospital setting with a level 2 trauma designation. You'll be part of a facility with 10 operating rooms and a strong commitment to high-quality patient care using Epic for electronic medical records. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a reputable center during the open dates from September 24 to October 5.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of neurosurgery procedures including trauma cases, aneurysm repairs, and tumor removals.


• Manage patients with neurocritical conditions, traumatic brain injuries, and movement disorders.


• Conduct spinal procedures such as diskectomies, fusions, and stabilization.


• Provide on-call coverage and weekend availability as required.


• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Neurosurgeon.


• Active Ohio State License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is required.


• BLS and ACLS certifications.


• Experience in adult and geriatric neurosurgery.


• Availability for the specified open dates.
