Locum-to-Perm - Anesthesiology - CRNA

Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Locum to Perm)

Job Responsibilities:

• No call, holidays, or weekends required


• Work 8 or 10 hour shifts (0700-1530 or 0700-1730)


• Provide anesthesia care under the supervision of a Pediatric Anesthesiologist


• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans based on preoperative assessments


• Average of 1-15 surgical cases per day


• Contribute to an exceptional patient care environment in a Level 1 Trauma Center


• Participate in the care within a collaborative team of anesthesia staff and physicians

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)


• Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program


• Current CRNA certification


• Licensure in the State of Ohio


• PALS certification


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina


• Preferred: 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience

License and Certification Requirements:

• NBCRNA Board Certified - Required


• AANA certification - Required


• BLS/PALS certification - Required


• Ohio License (or willing to obtain) - Preferred


• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - Required


• Accepting new graduates with pediatric experience - Required
