Role
Job Overview: You will be a key member of the logistical and transportation department, working with other departments to oversee the companyâs product distribution full cycle for a variety of business partners in the United States. You will also help monitor and analyze the efficiency of the departmentâs services, ensuring an optimal pace for all core and ad-hoc activities.
You will also be expected to work with other departments to meet customers' requirements by maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and distributors; ensuring customer satisfaction with timely deliveries; protecting brand image and reliability; and fostering growth-friendly supply
chain practices.
Responsibilities and Duties:
⢠Managing operations and inventory in a warehouse.
⢠Coordinating the flow of goods from the point of origin to the point of consumption while meeting customer requirements.
⢠Using software for managing warehouse processes and logistics.
⢠Using third-party logistics businesses to outsource distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment services on behalf of an organization.
⢠Managing supply chains.
Profile Requirements
⢠Fluency in English is a must; previous experience with Anglophone clients is a plus.
⢠Bachelor's degree or above in business, logistics, or any relevant discipline is necessary.
⢠At least 5 years of work experience in supply chain management.
⢠Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like Oracle and Sage.
⢠Ability to negotiate with suppliers and distributors.
⢠Insight into economic conditions and market dynamics.
