Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Team located in Atlanta, GA is looking for a Logistics Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor setup and maintenance requests related to freight payment activities
• Submit and approve invoices
• Review and take appropriate action on freight payment disputes in Transportation Management Systems.
• Answer carrier inquiries related to freight payment and invoices
• Maintain rate and record keeping in TMS
• Consolidate data weekly for financial reporting
• Maintain high level of accuracy related to vendor accounts and freight payment activities.
• Monitor fuel program for accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
• Support load completion activities in TMS
• Support dispatching requirements as needed, related to finding capacity for shipments, updating spot rates, and track & trace efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 – 5 + years’ experience in Transportation
• Proficient in Excel
• SAP / Oracle experience a plus
• Transportation Management System experience, JDA/Blue Yonder & Best Transport a plus.
• Clear, concise communicator
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
