Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products move efficiently from our facilities to our customers. You'll work closely with carriers, suppliers, internal teams, and customers to coordinate shipments, solve challenges, and keep our supply chain running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Coordinate the daily flow of inbound and outbound shipments
• Plan, schedule, and track deliveries to meet customer expectations
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal teams
• Coordinate logistics personnel and transportation resources as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure materials are available when needed
• Utilize ERP and logistics software to optimize transportation and shipping processes
• Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and logistics records  
• Help drive continuous improvement through efficient, cost-effective logistics solutions

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation regulations, and supply chain best practices
• Experience working with ERP or logistics management software
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
