Join us!\n\nWhat we\u0027re seeking:\n\n##### You\u0027ll lead a high-volume warehouse operation supporting statewide distribution. This role oversees 20-23 union employees and a 100,000 sq. ft. facility with $20M+ in inventory. You\u0027re responsible for keeping operations running efficiently, safely, and accurately--while developing your team and driving performance. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Wallingford, CT location to complete your work responsibilities. \n\n##### \n\n What you\u0027ll do:\n\n * Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, pick/pack/ship, distribution)\n * Manage, coach, and develop 20-23 union employees\n * Own hiring, training, and performance management\n * Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost control\n * Maintain 99.5%+ outbound shipment accuracy\n * Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly spot checks and bi-annual full inventories\n * Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and material flow\n * Investigate discrepancies and resolve inventory or distribution issues\n * Ensure all inbound/outbound and inventory control metrics are met or exceeded\n * Maintain a clean, organized, tour-ready facility\n * Monitor yard activity and warehouse flow\n * Implement process improvements and standard operating procedures\n * Enforce safe work practices and lead monthly safety meetings\n * Partner with internal teams through meetings and ongoing communication\n * Proactively address operational and customer service needs\n\n\n\nWhat we offer: \n\nNothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
