Logistics Team Staff

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Phillies are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Team Staff member to ensure the smooth execution of operations at Citizens Bank Park on game days, event days and non-event days. This part-time role will be multi-faceted; assisting the game day operation by supplying our game day staff with the necessary tools to succeed, supporting Front Office staff on some non-event day operations, and providing a strong presence during select special events. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Assist with street closures by helping to move barriers and other heavy objects.


• Gate set up and break down of:
  
  
  
  • Guest Screening (Evolv)
  
  
  • Guest Signage
  
  
  • Magnetometers
  
  
  • Bike Rack
  
  
  • Tables
  
  
  • Ticket Scanners
  
  
  
  


• Water distribution and re-collection.


• Radio and device distribution and re-collection.


• Coordinate with set-up and breakdown of sponsorship, promotional, and ticket office activations.


• Assist room and meeting space conversion.


• Perform other logistical tasks as advised.


• Operate Storage Lockers on exterior of the Ballpark.


• Assist the Ballpark Operations Department and game-day staff on a need basis.

• Ability to be independent and responsible without constant

• Be able to work in a highly active and heavily crowded


• Communicate effectively with guests and other

• Able to work in all types of weather (cold, heat, rain, ).


• Be able to lift up to at least 50+ lbs.


• Ability to work an entire Phillies Home Schedule, Special Events, and some Non-Event Days.
