Mystery Shopper – Compliance Testing

Job Summary

IWS Group is seeking reliable and professional Mystery Shoppers to conduct compliance visits at retail stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and gas stations.

Mystery Shoppers will visit assigned locations and conduct discreet compliance checks to determine whether employees are properly following state and company requirements for checking identification when selling age-restricted products.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail locations, convenience stores, restaurants, and gas stations.
• Follow the assigned mystery-shop scenario and instructions.
• Attempt to purchase tobacco or alcohol products as directed by the assignment.
• Observe whether employees properly request and verify identification.
• Document the results of each visit accurately and honestly.
• Complete required reports after each assignment.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while conducting visits.
• Follow all assignment instructions and applicable laws.
• Submit documentation and reports within the required timeframe.

Qualifications

• Must be 21–25 years old.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.
• Must be dependable, observant, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Must maintain confidentiality regarding assigned locations and assignments.

Compensation

• $24.00 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement
• Toll reimbursement
• Flexible assignments based on available locations.

Important: All mystery-shopping activities must be conducted according to the assignment instructions and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Mileage & Tolls: Reimbursed
Age Requirement: 21–25 years old
Transportation: Reliable personal transportation required
