Long Term Care Nurse

As a LPN, LVN, or RN you will have the opportunity to be a part of a team-oriented unit where RNs, CNAs and LPNs work cohesively and in collaboration with one another, as well as with the interdisciplinary team. This position observes, contributes to the plan of care, implements, reports and documents patient care in accordance with department policies, standard of care and state scope of practice.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Works under supervision, prioritizing data from multiple sources to provide quality care and support to the patient and family.

- Incumbents work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment with a strong focus on customer service.

- Interacts with staff at all levels throughout the facility, as well as patients, families and physicians.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Background check, drug screening and TB test required upon hire for all positions
