Detail of Responsibilities 

Equipment Maintenance 

•  Single source of maintenance in the facility  
•  Able to complete inspections on general maintenance activities.  
•  Trouble and resolve mechanical, electrical, or other equipment breakdowns. 
•  Read and understand drawings, PLC, alerts, and equipment interface to determine 

equipment condition or identify issues.  

•  Understand the process and impact equipment has on the process or part.  
•  Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and safely 
•  Respond to emergency maintenance requests and implement quick solutions.  
•  Build and refine CMMS. 

Facility Maintenance  

•  Develop and evaluate facility maintenance and build a schedule to support ongoing 

operations, building upkeep, and infrastructure. 

•  Complete daily and weekly plant walk throughs and inspections and address any issue 

found. Use finding to determine long term corrective actions. 

•  Able to repair facility maintenance related issues like plumbing, HVAC, mechanical 

systems, and facility upkeep items. 

•  Evaluate facility needs related to infrastructure (power upgrades, air flow issues, 

plumbing, and environmental compliance.   

Projects    

•  Assist and or lead capex projects and work closely with the engineering group.  
•  Will be able to work and facilitate with outside maintenance services to address 

maintenance needs.  

•  Work with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects 
•  Keep records of maintenance work and inspections to track equipment performance 
•  Assist on equipment installation and commissioning 
•  Lead or assist in removal of equipment and other material related to the projects.  

Inventory   

•  Provide direction and manage critical spare parts.  
•  Continue to replenish and monitor spare parts and maintenance supplies needed to 

support plant operations. 

•  Move parts out of inventory and in work centers, operation codes, or against assets.  
•  Support monthly and annual physical inventory.  

General  

•  Support and facilitate the new Brightly preventive maintenance and work order platform 

through its use to continually improve equipment reliability.  

•  Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with the engineering staff when problems arise 

that are more complex. 

•  Understanding of plant infrastructure and perform the facility is OSHA, EPA, and other 

regulatory bodies.  

•  Attend and support problem solving with both the R&D and Operations team through the 

daily stand up meeting or weekly departmental meeting.   

•  Train and mentor team on proper equipment operations and share troubleshooting 

knowledge 

Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred 

2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing (aerospace or textiles preferred) 

Familiarity with AS9100/AS9102 standards is a plus 

Experience with ERP Systems (Syteline or similar) 

Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and specifications 

Proficient with inspection tools and measurement equipment
