Los Angeles Medical Director! (City of Industry)

Exciting Physician Leadership Opportunity in Los Angeles! 100k Bonus Potential!

In this position, you’ll dedicate 90% of your time to providing direct patient care and the remaining 10% to recruiting, managing business metrics, and ensuring patient and client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will oversee center operations, support and mentor staff, and ensure the delivery of top -quality care.

• 4 days a week, 8 to 5 with no nights, weekends, or holidays
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care 
  
• Ensure effective execution of medical models and collaboration with therapists and specialists
  
• Monitor clinical metrics to drive quality outcomes
  
• Manage clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
  
• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous clinical improvement
  
• Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests
  
• Manage center staffing levels and optimize workflows
  

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or related field
  
• Active medical and DEA licenses
  
• ACLS Certification preferred
  
• 5 -8 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings

The base compensation for this role ranges from $227,544.30 to $304,860.40 annually, with additional performance -based bonuses.
