Lot Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Service Department Valet to join our growing automotive team. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring smooth traffic flow in our service drive, and managing vehicle parking and retrieval.

Key Responsibilities

  Customer Service: Greet arriving service customers with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude; connect them promptly with their Service Advisor.

  
  


• 
  

  Vehicle Check-In: Protect customer vehicles by installing interior floor mats, seat covers, and steering wheel covers; accurately record mileage and note any visible pre-existing damage.

  
  


• 
  

  Lot Management: Safely drive and park customer vehicles in designated service parking areas, ensuring vehicles are locked and secure.

  
  


• 
  

  Vehicle Retrieval: Fetch completed vehicles from the lot and bring them to the service drive upon customer checkout.

  
  


• 
  

  Service Drive Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive and customer lounge area; assist with shuttle driving or running errands as needed.

  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  

  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles safely.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
