LOT MAINTENANCE

• Essential Functions 
  
  
  
  • Load/unload equipment for partners, suppliers, & customers
    
  
  
  • Inspect new equipment for damage and missing major components upon arrival to dealership
  
  
  • Maintain inventory on property in an organized manner
  
  
  • Maintain property appearance including mowing, trimming, & landscaping
  
  
  • Assemble implements as needed
  
  
  • Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure equipment is ready for sale or delivery to customers
  
  
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Service Manager & Shop Foreman

• Hourly salary (pay based on relevant experience & training)

Requirements

• Two-years related experience and/or training in property maintenance and/or inventory management


• Dependable, punctual, and career-oriented


• Maintain a professional appearance


• Ability to sit, stand, climb, lift 50 lbs., grasp, reach, stoop, and crouch, speak, listen and motor coordination skills


• Own a variety of tools to assemble implements


• High school diploma or GED


• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check


• Reliable source of transportation
