Lot Tech Manager

Fort Collins Nissan is seeking a dedicated Lot Tech Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle lot. This role is critical to ensuring that all vehicles are properly organized, maintained, and ready for sale or service, contributing to a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise lot tech staff to ensure efficient vehicle movement and organization on the lot.


• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, returns, and lot stocking to maximize space utilization and lot appearance.


• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the lot and surrounding areas.


• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies promptly.


• Collaborate with sales and service departments to support operational needs.


• Train new lot tech employees and conduct performance evaluations.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive lot management or related role preferred.


• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to operate dealership vehicles and equipment safely.


• High school diploma or equivalent.
