Low Voltage Project Manager - Structured Cabling - Lowell AR

This Low Voltage Project Manager role is based in our Lowell, AR office and is built for an experienced low voltage foreman ready to move from the field into project management. You will manage structured cabling, fiber, and telecommunications projects for commercial and industrial clients from bid through closeout. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with periodic travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities - Low Voltage Project Manager

• Manage low voltage projects through all five phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closeout. Handle project scheduling, billing, and project file maintenance.
• Source, evaluate, and estimate bid opportunities using engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs. Create bid sheets and contractual proposals for small projects.
• Order all project materials and equipment, and hire and assign technician resources. Build multi-week deployment routes and coordinate site time frames with customers and technicians.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial forecasts and revenue projection reports. Perform quality and safety audits in line with company and OSHA requirements.
• Serve as the daily customer contact and collaborate with technicians, sales, engineering, and leadership. Travel to customer sites for site walks, surveys, technical training, and project updates.

Qualifications - Low Voltage Project Manager

• Multiple years of experience as a low voltage foreman or lead technician.
• Office experience with project paperwork such as scheduling, ordering, billing, or estimating.
• Ability to read engineered drawings and bid specifications and perform construction take-offs.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills. Able to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently.

Preferred Qualifications - Structured Cabling Project Manager

• Experience with CAT5 or CAT6, structured cabling, telecommunications, fiber optics, or construction.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• BICSI Installer or Technician certification.
• Prior experience estimating or bidding small low voltage projects.

Physical Requirements - Low Voltage Project Manager

• Office-based role, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Prolonged periods of computer work, phone calls, and desk-based planning.
• Periodic travel to customer sites for site walks, surveys, and training.
• Site visits may involve walking active job sites, climbing ladders, and wearing required PPE.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.
