Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time (Weekend Nights)
Location: Orchard View Post Acute

Pay: $32–$45 per hour

Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Weekend Night Shift

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for weekend evening shifts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents’ well-being, and collaborate effectively with the care team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents’ health status
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and team members
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Idaho
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
