We have cases in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx

Job Description includes but is not limited to:

- Shift work available at Assisted Living Facilities within Manhattan
- Performing initial and ongoing assessments with clients needing personal care
-Coordinate and review client care plans for personal care
-Assist with assessment of in-home attendants offering personal care

Field Nurse Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience with a licensed home care agency -- preferably in New York
-Current New York State Professional Nurse License
-Current physical
-Clear background check
-Two professional references
-You must be eligible to work in the USA
