Requirements:

• Must have an active Florida LPN License


• Hospice, Home Health, or Long-term Care experience is a plus 


• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required

• Annually PTO accrual and additional paid sick leave, usable after your first 90 days


• 9 paid holidays annually
