LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

• Administered medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitored resident conditions, vital signs, and reported changes to the healthcare team.
• Provided direct patient care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Maintained accurate documentation and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.
• The LPN would report directly to the Charge RN,and would be responsible for reporting any change in condition to the RN for follow up.  
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
  
• CT LPN License
  
• CPR/BLS
