What You’ll Do
Provide preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
Administer medications and treatments and monitor resident responses
Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members
Support nursing assistants and promote teamwork on the unit
Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies

THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse
Current CPR certification
LOCATIONS: Two Nazareth Home campuses
Clifton - 2120 Payne Street, Louisville, KY 40206
LPN – Nights 6:30pm - 7:00am full time
PRN
Highlands – 2000 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205
LPN – Nights 6:15am - 6:45pm full time
