LPN-skilled Caregiver For 7 Year Old Boy

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled caregiver to assist a disabled child at home and at school. The client is blind, deaf, has limited mobility, and has a G-tube.

Expected assistance to be provided to the client includes, but is not limited to:

• Incontinence care - changing and providing hygiene when needed


• Assisting with clothing change if needed Light bathing when needed, such as wiping the client's face or hands of food or drink spills


• G-tube feedings and tube care


• Engage in play, supervision, and conversation


• Regular communication to the client's family regarding daily activities and any changes in the client's status

Schedule Options: W/Th/Fri 6:30am to 6pm, Gap coverage on W/Th/Fri 7:30am-8:30am and after-school 3:30pm-4:30pm

$50+ per hour (depending on credentials and experience). Licensure as LPN preferred. Previous care-giving experience with pediatric clients preferred.
