Description of the Role:

At Gray Chevrolet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Front-End Alignment and Brake Specialist to join our team in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. As a Front-End Alignment and Brake Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle front-end alignments and brake systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and optimum performance of our customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate front-end alignments using state-of-the-art equipment.


• Inspect, diagnose, and repair any issues with vehicle front-end alignments.


• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brake systems, including brake pads, rotors, calipers, and hydraulic systems.


• Perform maintenance services such as tire rotations and balancing.


• Collaborate with other automotive technicians to identify and resolve complex issues.


• Document repairs and services performed accurately.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Front-End Alignment and Brake Specialist or similar role.


• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing front-end alignment and brake system issues.


• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and operations.


• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
