Perform oil and filter changes
Rotate, balance, and inspect tires
Check and top off fluids (engine oil, coolant, brake, transmission, washer fluid, etc.)
Inspect vehicle components such as brakes, belts, hoses, wipers, lights, and batteries
Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
Accurately document work performed and recommended services
Assist senior technicians as needed
Provide professional, courteous service to customers at all times

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive training preferred
Ability to learn dealership processes and manufacturer standards
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-oriented and friendly demeanor
Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILLITIES:
This role has no supervisory responsibilities
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses heavy equipment and exposure to noise, fumes, and automotive chemicals.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels
Requires standing for extended period with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance
May requires some driving and typing. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles
Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
