In this role, you will manage the entire process from start to finish, ensuring that all Multi-Point Inspections are thorough and detailed. Your responsibilities will include supervising the express team, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire process of the Express Department, from vehicle intake to final inspection.
• Ensure that all Multi-Point Inspections are conducted thoroughly and with attention to detail.
• Supervise and support the express team, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor work quality to ensure that all services meet the dealership’s high standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to service or customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and departmental performance.
• Implement and enforce best practices for safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience in automotive lube operations
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
