About the Role

As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer vehicles and supporting the overall success of our service department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is eager to learn and develop automotive repair skills.

You will work alongside experienced technicians, receive ongoing training, and gain valuable dealership experience while building a foundation for a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid exchanges, and multi-point inspections

● Inspect vehicles for maintenance and safety concerns and communicate findings to service advisors and technicians

● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

● Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership service procedures

● Assist technicians with repairs and additional service work as needed

● Properly document completed services and inspection results

● Handle customer vehicles with professionalism and care

● Contribute to a positive, team-oriented service department environment

● Follow all dealership safety standards and operational procedures

Qualifications

● Automotive experience preferred but not required

● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

● Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive service

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Reliable attendance and punctuality

● Positive attitude and professional demeanor

● Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required

● High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation

$18.00 – $23.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and performance.

Schedule

● Full-time position

● 5-day work week

● Some weekends required

● Schedule assigned by management based on dealership operational needs
