Lube Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine oil changes, lubrication, and other preventive maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.


• Inspect vehicles for issues and communicate findings to the service department for further action.


• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards.


• Assist in keeping service bays organized and well-stocked with necessary materials.


• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure outstanding customer service and smooth operation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is a plus but not required.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business and customers.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.


• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from work.
