Luxury Car Dealer Receptionist

Certified Benz & Beemer is seeking a professional Receptionist to work full time.

Certified Benz & Beemer ("CBB") is a family-owned luxury used vehicle celebrating its 20th year as Arizona's premier luxury pre-owned automobile dealer. CBB is highly-regarded within the automotive industry for providing outstanding customer service and trying to deliver the best car buying experience for its customers. In order to do so, CBB is constantly evolving and improving how it provides its customers with the information necessary to make a fully transparent purchase. 

Job Description:

• Flexible work schedule--except Monday required 


• Wear business-appropriate attire.


• Have clear and neat handwriting


• Answer and transfer all incoming calls to their correct destination.


• Take messages and deliver them to their recipient in a timely manner.


• Sort out paperwork as needed


• Be familiar with and able to work with Microsoft Word and Excel.


• Direct guests to their desired location.


• Be alert and aware of the guests who haven't been assisted yet.


• Bilingual is a plus!
