Luxury Collision Repair Technician – OEM Certification Opportunities

Lexus of Sarasota, proudly part of Morgan Auto Group, is looking for experienced Luxury Collision Repair Technicians to join our growing Collision Center team.

We are expanding our OEM certification capabilities and are specifically seeking technicians with BMW, Land Rover/JLR, or Porsche OEM certification and experience.

We’re Looking for Luxury-Certified Technicians

Our primary focus is finding experienced technicians with OEM certification and hands-on experience with premium and luxury vehicles.

Highly Preferred OEM Certifications

BMW

Land Rover / Jaguar Land Rover (JLR)

Porsche

Candidates holding one or more of these OEM certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Additional premium or luxury OEM certifications are also a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

The ideal candidate will be proficient in:

• Structural collision repairs


• Non-structural collision repairs


• Collision damage inspections


• OEM repair procedure research and application


• Following manufacturer-specific repair procedures


• Proper use of OEM tooling and equipment


• Aluminum repair procedures


• Maintaining manufacturer and industry repair standards


• Quality control and attention to detail


• Performing repairs safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional collision repair experience


• BMW, Land Rover/JLR, or Porsche OEM certification


• Experience repairing luxury and premium vehicles


• I-CAR certification is a plus


• Aluminum repair certification and experience is a plus


• Strong knowledge of OEM repair procedures


• Ability to research and follow manufacturer repair specifications


• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality


• Professional attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Not Currently OEM Certified?

That’s okay.

While BMW, Land Rover/JLR, and Porsche OEM certification is strongly preferred, we are also interested in experienced collision technicians who have the skills, work ethic, and desire to pursue OEM certification.

We are committed to providing paid training, continuing education, and opportunities to develop additional certifications for the right candidates.

We will also consider an apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is serious about building a long-term career in the collision repair industry.
