Our goal at Hollywood Home Health & Hospice Service is to create and implement a specific treatment plan for each patient which will be delivered at the convenience of their home environment. We endeavor to allow our patients to improve the quality of their health and live as independently as possible. With a wide and complete range of home care services, Hollywood Home Health & Hospice Services is the source for all aspects of home health care needs. HHHS is dedicated to providing home health services for individuals who demand the best care with a range of choices.

Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for patients in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and Hollywood Home Health staff.

        Candidate must have graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing. Current CA state license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in California.
