Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status

- Assist with patient assessments and document observations accurately

- Provide basic patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures

- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans

- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and privacy regulations

 Other Requirements: 

Maintain current state licensure. Maintain current liability and malpractice insurance, if applicable. 

Education/Training

Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse license to practice professional nursing in each state where patient care is supervised, current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. 

Licensure/Certification

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current LVN license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and safety protocols

- Ability to document accurately and maintain confidentiality

- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
