Electronic Health Record: Frontline

Hours: 8 AM – 3:30 PM (7 hours); may need to flex the hours to provide coverage to site based on needs; may have after school program medical coverage needs as well (runs until 6 pm).

School Sites: we have 110 sites, but only 106 really need coverage.

Saturday Academy: all sites are scheduled to operate from 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (coverage needed 8-1:00).

Winter Session: K-8^th is December 19-December 22; January 3, 2023 – January 6, 2023 (hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Summer Session: June 12, 2023 – July 13^th, 2023

Extended Summer Session & Summer camps: runs through the 1^st week of August.

A day in the health office: office traffic for bumps/bruises, student illness, respond to emergencies & perform specialized healthcare procedures such as Tube feed & care, catheterization, diabetic care/insulin administration/carb coverage, tracheostomy care, some ventilator care.

Staff are assigned to specific sites, however, may need to be deployed to cover other sites in the district as needs arise.
