🩺 What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care and follow individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident health and promptly address changes

• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and other team members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care

• Document care accurately and thoroughly

✅ Qualifications:

• Current California LVN license in good standing

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful care

• Reliability and flexibility for on-call needs
