Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Emergency Room team in Kingwood, TX. The ideal candidate will work the 1PM to 1AM shift, providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.


• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team promptly.


• Assist with emergency procedures and treatments as needed.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


• Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records.


• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient patient flow and care.


• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the Emergency Room.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of Texas.


• Previous experience working as an LVN in an Emergency Room setting is required.


• Strong knowledge of emergency nursing procedures and protocols.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

1:00 PM to 1:00 AM
