We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our growing Customer Experience Team (CXT) in Branchburg, NJ. This role serves as the front-line connection between the company and our customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and strong cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, and Commercial teams to support customer needs from purchase order through delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Process customer purchase orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing
- Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests within established service timelines
- Coordinate complaint management with Quality Assurance
- Support technical documentation requests and customer questionnaires
- Communicate order updates and change notifications to customers
- Maintain accurate customer contracts, agreements, and blanket orders
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and logistics partners to minimize delays
- Support internal commercial and sales teams
- Identify opportunities to improve daily processes and efficiency
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, coachable, and adaptable mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or supply chain experience
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment
- ERP or CRM experience (SAP Business One preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint or similar systems
- Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule: work from home on Mondays and Fridays
- In-office collaboration Tuesday–Thursday
- New hires will train onsite full-time during the initial training period
