NOW HIRING: MACHINE OPERATORS Bay Minette, AL

We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a busy warehouse/manufacturing facility in the Bay Minette area! This position is ideal for dependable individuals who can work in a fast-paced production environment and stay focused throughout long shifts.

Job Duties:

â¢ Feed materials into production machines

â¢ Monitor machines and product quality closely

â¢ Keep production running smoothly and efficiently

â¢ Watch for machine issues or defects in product

â¢ Meet daily production goals and quotas

â¢ Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

Requirements:

â¢ Ability to stand in the same place for long periods of time

â¢ Must be able to work in a repetitive production environment

â¢ Strong attention to detail and reliability required

â¢ Ability to keep up with production pace and goals

â¢ Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

â¢ Must be dependable and safety-focused

Schedule:

â¢ 12-hour shifts

â¢ Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
