What You’ll Do

Set up and operate coating machines for plastic films, paper, foil, and specialty materials

Monitor production runs and perform product testing to ensure quality standards

Verify product specifications and visually inspect materials during processing

Perform machine adjustments and basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly

Prepare coating solutions according to specifications

Load and unload materials from equipment safely and efficiently

Enter production data and maintain accurate daily logs

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What the Job Requires:

High school diploma or GED

1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Basic math skills and comfort with data entry

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset

Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility

Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working around machinery in a manufacturing environment

Strong focus on safety and awareness of surroundings

Shows up ready to work and gets the job done

Takes ownership and prides yourself on quality
