Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laminating machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production
• Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment for optimal performance
• Measure materials accurately using rulers, tape measures, and other precision tools
• Mix, handle, and apply chemicals, adhesives, or coatings according to specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and production guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of machine operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and use a ruler or tape measure accurately
• Experience working with chemicals, adhesives, or similar materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working night shifts and in a fast-paced production setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Laminator Operator, Coating Operator, or Printing Press Operator
• Familiarity with flexible packaging, film, or converting processes
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
